I work with clients on an individual basis to find balance and harmony in their body. I use tools such as herbs, food, movement and lifestyle changes to cultivate vitality and wellness from within.
In order to help those I am most able to, I offer appointments in person, (at my office in New Paltz, New York) over the telephone, or through Skype.
Whether we first meet in-person or we are on phone or video, we will discuss your past and current concerns and focus on the issues most important to you. We will discuss your goals and explore multiple approaches to achieving them.
Together, we will craft an individualized approach that addresses the herbal and lifestyle adjustments that will most benefit you. This appointment will take approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. After your appointment, I will follow up with an email that outlines all items that we discussed. If necessary, we will also schedule your next consult appointment. Please feel free to contact me at any time between your consults for questions, concerns or advice.
Please download, complete and return the INTAKE FORM at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. This form can be completed electronically or printed, handwritten and scanned back in for email return.
The fee for appointments is $75.
Most appointments last for approximately one hour, often longer. Initial appointments will run for approximately one hour and a half or longer, depending on the complexity.
Email follow ups are included in this fee.
PAY WHAT YOU CAN CONSULTATIONS
I very much feel like my work is a service to the greater community. In an effort to help provide assistance to those that most need it in a time when they are most vulnerable, I offer a limited number of “pay what you can” appointments each month. Contact me via the form below if you are interested. Please include the phrase “Pay What You Can” in the inquiry and briefly describe your situation. Please have compassion for others in great need and only request this type of appointment if absolutely necessary.
* Please note: I am not a doctor and I do not diagnose or treat diseases.
