Rekindling the Flame, One Leaf at a Time

Like so many others, the ripple effects of the COVID pandemic that began in March of 2020 continue to reverberate in my life and my family in ways I never anticipated. At first, the slowdown felt like a much-needed pause—a chance to step back from the busyness of life, hold my loved ones close, and focus on nurturing our bonds.

But as time unfolded, it became clear that the timing was especially challenging for my family. My children, on the precipice of stepping into a season of exploration and independence, found those opportunities curtailed. The natural growth and discovery that come with that stage of life were replaced with constraints and uncertainty.

For me, the pandemic interrupted a moment of renewed purpose. I was re-committing to my passion for empowering others to take charge of their health—just as I was adjusting to life in a new town that didn’t fully align with my values and approach. Instead of fanning the flames of that purpose, the pandemic dimmed the spark.

Now, I find myself at a turning point—a chance to embrace my own New Leaf. The ripple effects of the pandemic have left their marks on my family, my relationships, and my sense of self, but they’ve also shaped my journey in ways I’m only beginning to understand.

Through it all, one thing has remained constant: the quiet yet undeniable call from within—or perhaps from something greater. It’s a reminder of my life’s purpose: to empower others to take charge of their own well-being and rediscover their strength. I’m ready to step forward, guided by that call, and follow through on this work that calls to me.

Stay tuned—this is just the beginning of a journey fueled by purpose, resilience, and a deep commitment to empowering others. I can’t wait to share what’s next with you!
